ZDATA attended the APEC Digital Economy Summit and received honors.
The 2018 Asia-Pacific Enterprise Digital Economy Development Annual Conference, themed "Digital Economy Boosts Enterprise Innovation and Development," was held on November 30th in Beijing. ZDATA was invited to participate and was honored as the "Best Cloud Infrastructure Service Provider of 2018."
The conference, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was jointly organized by the China Industrial Cooperation Association, the Internet Industry Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and the APEC SME Informationization Promotion Center. Leaders from ministries such as MIIT, NDRC, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and China Bank attended. Representatives from 21 APEC economies and international organizations participated.
The conference began with a splendid speech by Ye Dingda, Deputy Director of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Speeches were delivered by Yang Xueshan, former Deputy Minister of MIIT; Zhu Hongren, Executive Vice President of China Enterprise Confederation; Song Mao'en, Deputy Secretary-General of China Internet Association and Executive Deputy Director of the APEC SME Informationization Promotion Center; Niu Guangnan and Shen Changxiang, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Zhu Yan, Dean of the Internet Industry Research Institute of Tsinghua University; and Zhuang Qingwei, Director of the China Division of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore. They discussed how new-generation information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing empower the digital economy, aiming to build a shared Asia-Pacific digital economic community.
